MERCHANDISING :

Merchandising is the key to the successful execution of a customer request. Each customer is allocated to a business team which is responsible to make sure that customer requirements are well understood and executed is close coordination with the factories. This business team is the main contact point of the customer and the key members of this team travel often to the customer to improve their understanding of the customer and the market.
AMAS merchandisers are well experienced professional with most of them having factory experience for them to be able to understand the requirements of the customer as well as the factories capabilities and limitations. The business team is expected to contribute to the customer not only in teams of communication and follow-up but also in teams of making a better product considering the sales perspective.
We well understand the importance of the delivery deadline and therefore to meet the on time all the orders being Followed up through a TNA daily basis.
A team of educated merchandisers holding strong communication skills with proactive approach to execute the orders of our valued customers.

QUALITY :

The prevention part is taken care of by our Quality Assurance (QA) team, which under guidance from customers sets the standards for quality and oversees all elements of pre-production work such as the fitting and styling details.
The prevention part is also strengthened by the required test of the particular product defined from customers end.
The control part is taken care of by our quality control (QC) team which ensures that the product standards set up by the customers in coordination with our QA team are implemented throughout the production process and that the final product shipped is as per our customer’s specifications.

ON TIME DELIVERY :

We understand the importance of the delivery schedule. We know the whole consequences of the delay in the supply chain.
Considering the fact we control the process through a TNA so that delivery schedule is maintained to see our customer satisfied.

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE :

Being compliant in all aspects of its corporate social responsibility as defined by the local rules and regulations is an important aspect of AMAS Expo business policy.
An experience and well trained team of in house auditors is in place, work in accordance with the requirements of BSCI WRAP etc. Every factory where the orders are to be placed is being audited by in house auditor and thereafter according the customer requirement it may audited by third party.

CHEMICAL COMPLIANCE :

Consumers all over the world have been, over the last few years become quite sensitive to the issue of product safety and health issues associated with chemicals and substances used in products sold in their markets. The burden of responsibility lies on the importer of goods and thereby on the manufacturers, suppliers.
We understand the importance of the issue and have steps to ensure a consistent adherence to the legal requirements in the chemical/substance compliance areas like AZO, NICKEL, PVC etc. A chemical compliance team is in place who works with the complete exported do not contain the banned substance.
Lab tests are undertaken regularly to ensure that the system is effective in controlling the presence of banned substance.
